Is It Really THIS Impossible to Get a BOG Dinner Reservation?!

Absolutely ZERO luck for a spontaneous multi day trip in February. I've been dying to go to BOG for dinner, but every time a trip comes around, it's like I can never get a shot. Do they really instantly book at the 180+15/14/10 out?

It is still the most difficult restaurant to book. Many who are staying onsite and utilizing 180 + 10 are reporting that they are able to book their preferred time later in their trip so it is not surprising that you are finding February fully booked since that's less than 2 months away.

For dinner you'll need to check online multiple times a day in hopes that you're checking just as a cancellation comes back into the system. You can also subscribe to the February cancellation thread:

The biggest differences between lunch and dinner are the menus, the availability of wine and beer at dinner only and the photo op with the Beast after you finish dinner (he's not there at lunch.)

If none of the dinner exclusives are important and you are interested mainly in seeing the interior of the restaurant, you can go for lunch which is Counter Service so no reservations needed. At either meal you can walk around, visit all the rooms and see the decor.

I went to BOG for lunch twice using the fastpass website on my last trip.

I really enjoyed both lunches.

If you can't get in for dinner, you could always try a FP for lunch!

I've been trying since October to book BOG for February with no luck. I check multiples items a day and nothing. So yes, it is that hard n

My advice is keep trying and it would seem logical to check around the 95-90 day mark before your trip. As I think this is the cancellation time for resorts and DVC cancellation of trips for refunds and such. Just a hunch.

Aha but comething about the around 90 day mark than cause I tried for days and days one time and around the 90 day mark stuff opened a bit

try about a week in advance. heading down tomorrow and in the last few days there's been a good number of cancellations on this board and a few on the dining site. I'm trying to book for early April and not a single time available but no longer stressing about that after what I've seen this week. Good luck!

I spent hours trying and I was able to get two separated reservations in one week for dinner.

It all comes down to luck. I checked for reservations multiple times per day & finally got lucky last week when I was able to snag a dinner reservation for 3 at 7pm on 2/3. It can be done with a little bit of work but mostly a lot of luck.
