Is it Possible to Speak to a Human at Amazon?

Wow, I feel lucky with our Amazon deliveries (hope I'm not jinxing myself, lol). We live in a very rural area and they always deliver the packages to our front door. Sometimes they knock on the door and hand deliver it, which is really unexpected. I hope things get sorted out for the OP, what a mess!
