Is it possible to ride soar'n late in the day without FP?

NO! You will not get into Soarin' in the late afternoon w/o a fastpass. It is nearly impossible!!! The least amount of time I have seen it is at a 75 minute wait. But than again I have not been there during Illuminations. If you are considering riding Soarin' my advice to you is GET A FP! Never wait the SB line, it is deciving! And always trust the SB wait time and also count in extra time with the SB wait time (ex: SB-75 min., consider it to be 90 min.) Onlyhit the ride when you don't have to wait more than 30 minutes at the most. (We waited 75 minutes for the ride during EMH because FP were not available and we had never done it before. We started at 11:00 pm and got onto the ride at 12:30 am. The ride to us then wasn't good. So we tried it again during the day w/ FP. We waited no more than 10 minutes and the ride was AWESOME! So, always use a FP, it makes things a lot better!
