Is it possible to return/exchange DCL merchandise? If so, how?

So we went on the Fantasy the first week of Jan this year. Since we anticipated it being one of our last cruises for awhile, we splurged and bought a Tommy Bahama Mickey shirt - yep, the $130 one. It is the white one with the cute little black Micky Mouses' on it. Well, it has been stored away in a safe place for just the right occasion to wear it however, when my husband tried it one, it is an XXL. I am usually SO careful about stuff like this but obviously I was in a Mickey induced, last minute, last night, shopping spree and bought the wrong size. It's super cute and we love it but it drowns him. Do any of you know if it can be returned or exchanged? We just want the smaller size. I have been on hold with DCL for 45 minutes and then gave up when it said it would be 88 minutes! So I'm turning to the DISboards. I am guessing we are out of luck??? I don't think you can get the same merchandise online. Help? Any suggestions? Thanks so much!
Also, this was our first Platinum cruise and when we turned gold, they sent us a cute bumper sticker (car sticker) that said so. So were hoping that they would mail us one once we completed our Platinum. Do they even do that anymore? Just curious.

I would say at this point chances are low. Even WDW merchandise you only have 30 days to return. Maybe you can sell it on eBay to recoup some or most of the cost.

Did you ever get an answer regarding returning or exchange the shirt? I recently bought the wrong size shirt as well and am wondering what my options might be as well.
