our trip is planned for December 10-17. We will definitely have one park to park day for the Harry Potter experience. Should we plan on two? It is an extended family of 15 with the kids ranging in age from 3-23. They will want to see and ride everything!

I'm not sure I could see everything in one day in both parks. Not only are you talking about waiting in lines (even slow times and EP, you can have some waits here & there), but walking to each thing, length of ride, and shows can take a lot of time (10-25 mins per show I would guess). Also when you go to scheduled shows, they load in the seats, and that can take 10-20 mins.

We like to go at a bit more leisurely pace, take swim breaks, naps, whatever...so that would eat up valuable time as well as stopping for meals.

If you seriously mean EVERYTHING, I would say AT LEAST 2 days, if not 3.

Agree with Kivara and Mac. With 15 people I would do 3 days. I would say no, you will not be able to see and do everything or really enjoy all that USO has to offer!
