Is it possible, or will I miss the boat/bus??

I'm wondering if I can ride Kilimanjaro Safaris after the 4:00 MJJ Parade and still make a 5:00 bus to the Grand Floridian for 6:00 ADRs. Is it possible? Am I cutting it too short? My reservations are at 1900 Park Fare, which we've never been there before and don't know where it is in the resort...

Any suggestions or experience greatly appreciated.

Thanks-

I wouldn't really try it cause it's a 20 minute bus ride to the GF. It's like the last stop for that route. When you get to GF head into the gf and hang a left and you can't miss it. It's right when you walk into the building on the first floor.

Nope.

Watch the Parade near the "front" by the bridge to the Oasis (exit).

As soon as you see Mickey Mouse on his "tower-float" in the parade (last of parade) take off for the buses.
Parade will be over (up front, where YOU ARE) by 4:30-4:40-ish.

Buses may be rather busy. You'll likely get to Floridian by 5:15 to 5:30 if you do this.

If you tried the Safari (even with FP), I'd bet you'd get to the Floridian by 6:15 or later.

I would try the safaris before the parade and after the safaris head to the front of the park.....head to GF after the parade since most people leave the park after the parade, you might have to wait on buses.

Yep, what Robo said!!

I doubt you will be able to watch the parade @ 3:45pm, then get on to a safari ride, then get all the way back across the park to the bus stops by 5pm.

I would do the safari prior to the parade, then find a seat (give yourself some time to do this) over near the gift shop at the road that takes you to Camp Mickey/Minnie. After the parade, if you don't stop and shop, head straight to the buses. You should be able to make it to your reservation. Please keep in mind though that depending on what time of the year you go, the park may close early (5pm), so you may run into alot of people leaving at the same time.
