Is it possible (or smart) to make LLP resv for day 3 before day 1?

I have a 4 day onsite resort trip coming up, the plan is for
day 1 - MK
day 2 - pool
day 3 - EP
day 4 - HS
I plan to purchase some LL passes (combo of individual and multi) for each park, but am most concerned about getting our Epcot attractions, specifically Gog. Is it possible to jump to day 3 and go ahead and make those reservations, then go back to day 1? From what I understand I can make all 3 days at 7am 7 days before we check in to our onsite resort.

Do you find it easier to make these on a laptop or your phone? Maybe a silly question, but the cast member I spoke with says it is easier on his phone, I had planned to have my laptop out at 6:55 ready to go. I prefer doing most everything on my laptop if available. Anything I should do to go as far in the process as I can before 7am? I am remembering the days years ago of calling for King Stephan's and it selling out in minutes.....

1. You can book one day at a time and it doesn’t have to be in any specific order.
2. You can only do it on your phone (and maybe a tablet if it can run the MDE app) There is no way to book or modify them on a computer

Make sure you have a payment method saved in the MDE app - that will make things go faster.

You can only book LLMP and/or LLSP purchases on a smartphone. And if you really think you are likely to miss something at Epcot then book it first.
