Is it ok that i am jealous of my parents?!

They are leaving for WDW Friday!! We did an extended family trip this summer and my dad had an injury, therefore neither he not my mom had a great time so, I talked them into taking a trip themselves and helped them plan it, even! I've got them staying OP so that they are totally immersed! I'm so excited, but very jealous! I've never been to the F&W festival, or MVMCP or the Osbornne lights & they are doing all of those things!! I hope they love it for a couple of reasons. #1 they will understand my obsession more and #2 maybe another family trip in the future! We will get to see the lights this year though as we will spend the day b4 thanksgiving at HS b4 we head to Miami to have dinner with my in laws on Thursday and then sail the Magic on Friday! My #3 hope is that they chose to try DCL in the near future too! My dad is so afraid of getting sick (he has inner ear issues) that would be the icing on the cake to cruise with them too!!

Its normal! All of us Disney fanatics, who get it, end up a little (or alot) jealous when we have friends or family that go to Disney without us My parents went a few times by themselves and I when you help plan a trip you feel part of it as well. Except you dont get to reap all the rewards of going along. At least you get to go on your own trip to Disney soon, and have fun with your family too. Maybe your parents will love it so much they will suggest a big family trip around the holidays next year and will want YOU to plan that one two. Best part...you get to go too

Nope. I am jealous of my dad. He is once again going to Disney and not taking me!!!! Even worse, he is going after Thanksgiving so he gets to see all the Christmas decorations! I SO want to go during the holidays.

The worst part is he lives with me and keeps telling me how many days he has left. He might not make it.
