Is it normal for canceled room to still show on my reservation?

Several weeks ago I canceled one room of two and moved the passengers from that room to the remaining room. DCL refunded the deposit for that room. But the two rooms still both show on the website. Is that normal? I would call, but it took 4.5 hours last time! That was before I learned the trick to get through quicker here, but I am still not very interested in calling again.

I cancelled an October cruise and rebooked under a guarantee rate last month. Both cruise reservations showed on my navigator app. I was told by DCL that the old cruise would fall off when the refund to my credit card hit. It did not. It did fall off last weekend when my booking window for excursions for the cruise opened.

We canceled our stateroom and rebooked a GTY for the same cruise. We did this a month ago in June. Our excursion and activities booking opened up July 3rd. We still have the old stateroom along with the new booking still showing up. No idea when it will drop off. I can only guess the day we sail probably.

I was removed from a reservation ~6 months ago, and the reservation was cancelled all together in June. The cruise is still showing in my Navigator app, and I got a notification about my cruise coming up in 4 days and making sure I completed my Covid testing.

We are supposed to sail today on the fantasy. Cancelled the reservation 2 weeks ago. The sailing still shows on the app. In fact, I got a message to complete my health questionnaire this morning! I guess this one will fall off next week after the cruise!

It's the "new normal" just like 4+ hour wait times on the phone. Everything always being blamed on that "update" that messed everything up.

I also have a cancelled cruise that I've been refunded for still on my account. I asked them and they said they had no idea when it would go away. *eyeroll*
