Trying since Saturday to book Mickey's Backyard BBQ.
I go to check out (I enter all my guest info) and it states, guests already exists on reservation.

What am I doing wrong?? help!!! and thank you

Not quite sure I understand, but it sounds like something for which you will need Disney's direct assistance rather than advice on these boards. I would call and get it sorted out with someone who can pull up all of your dining records, etc.

Had the same issue a few weeks ago when I went to book the Hoop Dee Doo Revue. I called and was able to book over the phone no problem. I didn't even have any other dining reservations that day so I wasn't sure why I was getting that error either.

Yes same issue for me a couple of weeks ago booking BBQ! Also I had to call twice, first person said it was full even though I was able to start booking online (had to recheck while on the phone) and it showed availability, finally got someone who figured it out and got a confirmation! So if they say it is full but you are still seeing openings online try calling again! Good luck
