Is it Me? Doesn't Meredith from the Bachlorette...

...look better without all the make up? She seems to look the worst when it is the rose ceremony!

Also, I really think Ian is a good match for her. He is not the better looking of the bunch, but they have a nice chemistry going!
What do others think?

I like Ian for her too. However, I dont like Meredith with or without makeup. I do think they make a cute couple..so I am happy for them.

On a nother note...did you hear a rumor that Adam from the last Average Joe is going to be thenext bachlor?

Yes, I agree on both points.

When she is out and playing with little or no makeup she looks great. At the rose ceremonies the contrast is too much. It's pale skin with dark hair, dark lips, dark clothes ....

Ian appeared a bit goofy at the beginning but was terrific last night. He wasn't so into himself or trying to talk smack about the others.

I heard that the next Average Joe will be a twist a show where there are women competing for the man's attention- and Adam being that man!

Meredith is definitely a fresh-face girl! I like Ian and Lanny.

I like Meredith. She seems just like a regular person, no aires about her. And I agree, she looks better more natural.

And the next Bachelor is going to be Jesse Palmer. He is a back-up quarterback for the NY Giants (or was, I think he may be a free agent right now) and was a quarterback at the University of Florida (my alma mater).

I've really been surprised at how much I like Meredith. I wasn't a huge fan of her on The Bachelor, but she is making a great Bachelorette. She seems very natural, relaxed, and confident and I love how she interacts with the guys. She seems to spend more time really visiting with them and building a relationship than just talking about where their relationship is going.

I think Ryan M is adorable, but I don't think he will last much longer. It could be the editing, but it looks like she never talks when he is around. My family has always accused me of talking too much, and I hope I don't come across like that! I still don't have a clear favorite though.

She gave the White Rose to the guy she wanted to have the first one on one date with. She chose Rick, who she let go last night.

Okay I missed most of last night...what happened with Rick? From what I read on the Bachlorette site she started thinking he wasn't sincere.

At the house Sean brought up, in front of all the guys, that Rick called it a game (winning Meredith.) He said that Sean misunderstood.
When she went on her two on one date with Ryan M. and Todd she asked them if they thought anyone wasn't there for the right reasons. And Ryan told her what happened. He also told her that Rick said to him that he was totally sincere and that he took it seriously.
Then, on the group date, Rick decided that they should play a game. The guys wrote down some questions about themselves and Meredith was supposed to answer them. She started feeling very embarrassed that she could not answer them and was quite upset with Rick. He asked for alone time and she turned him down.
He did not get a rose.

Thank you! I knew he didn't get the rose, I saw the rose ceremony, I just wondered what led her to her decision. She doesn't seem like one for games.
