Is it just me?

Is it just me or have they shortened the disconnect time? It used to be a solid 40 - 45 minutes. Over the past few weeks it seems to have slipped to 30 and today I am losing connection right around 20 minutes.

Try controlled breathing. Deep intake and hold for a count of 10, then exhale slowly. Drinking decaf helps too.
