Plus, I know a lot of people are having finals and spending time with their families. It is the holidays. DIS really shouldn't come before all of that.

We all have lives outside of the computer. It's usually picks up around here when schools go on vacation, though.

well, I usually post alot when the "procrastination monster" takes a hold of me...he is so persuasive and evil!

but, I'm guessing other people are more responsible and studious than I am () and have extra activities going on, so they can't post alot.

I'm behind in my classes AND I have church activities several times a week. Not to mention when I go out with friends and such. Plus I like to spend my nights watching Nick @ Nite with my mom.

I have loads of math homework, tests to study for, church activities, after school activities, hanging out with friends, and being with my family

I currently have a 260 page book to read and analyze by Friday morning. I also have a massive art history exam on Friday. Starting next week I need to study my butt off for finals. School definitely comes before DIS. I'd rather not fail out of college just because I was spending too much time online.
Point is: some people are extremely busy, and some aren't. People have different priorities in life.

I've got mountains of homework, books to read, and today I auditioned for my school's spring musical. (Just as I was going in to audition Dexter told me "Good luck." [For those of you who don't know, in theatre it's bad luck to say good luck.. we say break a leg instead.] It went well anyway.) Finals are in a week and a half and I have some projects to do. So, naturally, I'm here posting instead of doing research.

Are you a senior? I know a good handful of DISers that are seniors and we have AP classes and scholarship essays. Plus, are you in a sport? I'm in cheer, and thats pretty much my life right there. Practice after school till 6 every night, not to mention a Basketball game I'm required to cheer at Friday AND Saturday night. I'm lucky I found time to go see "The Princess and the Frog" next weekend! *sigh* go easy on us. I'm sure everyone here would love to get on more often, but its true, we have a life

I use to post on here ALL the time, but this year has just been so busy for me. School is very stressful right now because I'm a Senior, I'm slammed with homework, projects & papers almost everyday & I had exams this week too. I've just been trying to spend more time with my family, friends & boyfriend. Summer time is when everybody starts posting more, because they don't have to worry about school & finals & what not.
