Is it just me, ladies . . .

Me, I get misty. Not so much necessarily planning but for various things. Reading about certain stuff or seeing pics or videos. I didn't really tear up at my kids first time because they were both really little when they first went but I get really emotional about going period and every time I plan a trip and especially when I walk back into the park each time. I love it there and it is my fav place in the world.

No matter how bad things are it is my "happy place". Nothing else seems bad when I am there!

You are not alone on getting teary eyed planning! I haven't been to DL in 9 long years! (I think this is a crime for those of us born and raised in CA, now living in AZ). 9 years ago, I surprised DH with a trip to DL for his birthday. We had a blast. Now, I am planning a surprise birthday trip for our b/g/g triplets in April, 2009.
My eyes fill with tears when I read some of the threads on this board too. Doesn't help when your sister is trying to talk you into going to Knotts instead of Disneyland (my sister says she can't stand DL, I tell her she is unAmerican and that she is weird! LOL).
Anyhoo, grab a box of tissues and plan away!

Theres something about the feeling you get when you enter Main Street & look up & see the castle. It gives me goosebumps & warm fuzzies! I absolutely LOVE it!!!!
