Is it hot weather at Disney, right now-9/24?

I'm looking at the forecasts and it sure seems hot right now with temps in the low 90s. Humidity seems low; so, I'm hoping it's not too bad. We leave 9/28 and I'm hoping for a little cooler weather.

So, are you beat each day from the heat? Do you need a break mid-day?

I went to Universal for a while this afternoon and the weather was nice. It is a nice change from the oven hot heat we've been having.

not to grab this thread but can you Fl natives mention when the temps would be below (pretty consistently )85( like mid Nov? )

It's been in the low 90s, but as long as you've got a breeze, it's not quite as bad. Plus, there can be cloud cover in the afternoon that helps. But yes, it's still hot here for now.

Jann, mid November is about right. I do recall early December being a bit nippy at times, but nighttime in October was still plenty warm at night for lightweight costumes. So, November's around the 75-80 degree mark, from what I recall.

I agree with Brianne, it is somewhere around the begining of Nov (can be as early as end of Oct). I remember when my daughter was born & she came home from the hospital (born 10/28 & home on 10/29). We left the hospital at 10pm (yes 10pm they made me leave..since I had "checked in" at 10pm on 10/27...it was a true 48 hour stay (there was big mix up with the hospital & insurance) anyway.. she came home in a very light Minnie Mouse dress with little matching panites (summer weight dress) & no blanket.. it was very hot that year... 1992 (yes that was the year FL was hit with only one hurricane.... Andrew a cat 5! )
