Is it going to be busy because of the Halloween Party?

I am going to DL on the 27th for the Halloween Party, that is on a Thursday, And I was just wondering if anyone knew how busy it would be that day? Is it going to be more busy on Halloween Party days?

I imagine that most of the people that purchased tickets are local (within an hours drive). My guess is that they won't arrive in Disneyland/DCA until afterschool.
