I'm not a Yankee fan, I'm a Mets fan (not that that helps my agrument of the last time a team won). But at least when I talk to people from Chicago they get the whole thing about having two teams from the same city and how the fans are divided.

I'm a fan of the Wolves. Although now that the old owner died, we'll see what happens. BH owner didn't put the home games on television for the past 15 years or whatever. Great way to build a fan base. I think we have the worst owners in any sport. We're second to no city in that category.

My wife's best friend is a Cubs fan. She buys Joey crap all the time. For her b-day this year I'm getting her a Arizona Diamondbacks hat and maybe highlights of their 2007 season when they knocked the Cubs out of the playoffs.

Wow... I almost didn't see this thread because I was looking for the word "Thursday" in the title.

And while we're on the subject of baseball, I don't discriminate. I hate ALL teams outside of Baltimore.


(And before you insult the Orioles, I already know they suck, so it won't matter because I don't care. Give them another decade or two. They'll be back).
