Is it cheaper to eat at DL/DCA then at WDW ?

I won/earned a trip to DL that included 5 day meal plan for two- 30 meals total. When the package arrived, in it were little yellow tickets good for various dollar figure: 6 @15.50,8 @10.50,10 @ 5.50, total of $232.00, plus 4 breakfast vouchers & 2 character breakfast passes. If I subtract the 6 breakfast vouchers, that leave $232.00 for 24 meals. Can this be right ??? Is food that much cheaper at DL/DCA ? Is this some new Disney Diet program ?

No, it is not cheaper.

Those are meal vouchers that cover up to the stated cost on the voucher ONLY, if your meal price is higher than that you pay the difference.
