Is Hotel Plaza Boulevard exit closed to 535?

I read that they are taking down Goodings Plaza and making a new exit for I-4. Can you still go down/up Hotel Plaza Boulevard from Disney Springs and make the left at the light to go up to 535? I am thinking about a hotel in that area to add on one night after a deluxe stay.

Most construction is happening on the Crossroads property and have minimal impact for a good while. I don't think that entrance will close but they may reduce a lane while they build the "flyover".

Disney entrance in bottom center. You can see there will be a flyover but no other real changes on Disney side of 535.

Yes

Some businesses shut down totally like grocery, some moved to the newer shopping areas being built to the northeast. This will create a flow of traffic without all the backups waiting to turn. It is all part of the huge I-4 upgrade project that has slowly made it way towards Disney.

If you go up Palm Parkway towards Universal there are newer hotels, several new shopping centers, new Target, some new fast food like White Castle and Portillo ...

Then take a right on Daryl Carter to go back over I-4 towards outlet mall and there are more hotels, dining (Cheesecake Factory) and discount stores in all that land that was east of Outlet Mall.

The area has drastically changed in the last 3-5 years, still building.
