Is High Tea at Palo only for adults?

My wife is looking to do a Mother/Daughter thing and she thought this would be nice, but we think it is only for adults as most things are at Palo.

Isn't there some sort of tea with Alice that parents and kids can attend? Not at Palo, though. Probably won't work if the kid is a teen, either.

That is surprising. How are you supposed to go to Palo if Flounders is closed. In this case we were hoping for a mother/daughter event and I would happily play with Sarah, but I guess that is not an option.

there is tea with Wendy but that wouldn't be really good for a teen...its more lke the 4-6 set it would be good for. My daughter loved it and she was 5. They serve cold ice tea and cookies and she tells a story and then you get your picture taken with her.
