....LOL!
Odd, I have sent an email request for a quote twice this week with absolutely no response from them.
Is that normal?? I've requested a couple of other quotes from different services and gotten nearly immediate response...:confused3

If you have received good quotes from other companies, then go with them. Who knows why HappyLimo isn't responding. I would just move on to another company.

I agree; move on.
I have used HL many times in the past, probably 7-8x. Last time going from BWV to PC we had a lunatic speed demon driver. He was weaving in and out of each lane and at one point we came so close to a truck in front of us, like inches, I couldn't help but scream. We were close to the port & on a bridge too.
What upset me too is that we scheduled a grocery stop but at the last minute, we decided we didn't need it. So technically, he should've had an extra 20+ mins to get us there. No reason to rush and act like we're way behind schedule.
When we got home, I wrote them a long letter and got a very humble apology saying the driver would get more training and that if he got 1 more complaint he would be fired. He also said they stress to their drivers how 1 bad experience ruins it for the whole company and other good drivers. He offered 1/2 off our next trip.

Still, I just can't book with them again. It's more expensive to take the DCL bus but I've never had a bad experience with them. They take their time knowing they're responsible for so many lives on the bus.

Wow! Thanks for the info. I just figured I'd contact them as well as a few others that are usually spoken well of here and on other boards. Normally we do ME but this is a different type of trip for us and we will be using a company for multiple transfers throughout a two week vacation.
So far the best price and most polite responses I have gotten have been from Orlando Chaufferered Services. I also got info from Tiffany Town Car and Elite. We will most likey end up going with OCS.
