Is Handy Manny seen at DL/DCA?

My dd likes the Handy Manny show on the disney channel, and I've seen him as a character in a picture in someone's sig (actually dd noticed it first!).

Where can you see him?

I know he is part of the playhouse disney show in DCA - out in the park I am not sure.

We saw him walking around the Hollywood Studios area in DCA back in August......

Yeah we see him in front of the Animation Studios kind of often. Just anywhere in the Backlot area like NostlagicDad said!

If Manny is a must see, I would ask a CM. I am not sure if it was at WDW or DL but I remember asking once and the CM pulled out a schedule out of their pocket and let us know when a certain character was going to be. It was one that was with another character. I have always seen him just past the doors for Playhouse Disney by the bathrooms.
