Is Guest Services still doing pillowcases?

I CAN"T BELEIVE IT WE SAIL IN ONE WEEK. I am just finishing up last minute details and thought that I read somewhere that one or both of the ships have stopped "doing" the pillowcase signings by the characters. Does anyone know anything about this? has anyone sailed lately and used the pillowcases? We had pillwcases personalized for our children and they are soooo excited about this, I hope that we can still have it done!!

I was on the May 8th cruise and dropped my pillow cases off on the first evening if I remember right. Asked the CM at GS if I could get both of them signed (They were fresh, unopend and still in the packages). She didn't even hesitate, said with a huge smile, "SURE, Not a problem- Pick them up Friday evening".

I'm hearing that other people had a problem. I didn't even include Sharpies, they used their own markers.

My wife picked them up Friday evening while I had the girls, she went back to the cabin and put them on their pillows. They were shocked when they got back to the room. Very cute, signed in all different colors...It was a real treat.

I would say, just give it a try and if told No, then try another CM at GS.
