Is Grand Cayman Turtle Centre an official DCL excursion

I don't see the turtle farm on the list of DCL Caribbean excursions

It was removed as an excursion in the last few years. They did not give an explanation but many believe it has to do with the multiple protests against it through the years. If you wish to visit, you need to arrange it on your own.
