Is ginger ale available on board?

My DS wants ginger ale whenever he feels a little queasy. Do you know if it's available on the Magic? If so, do they have it at the drink station?

Hopefully, we won't need it. This ship will be much larger than anything he's been on previously.

My SIL was feeling a bit queasy one night at dinner and she asked our server for gingerale and he brought it for her. So it's definitely "on the ship". I don't remember seeing it at the Drink Station, but I may have overlooked it.

Hope this helps :)

We never saw any either. To be safe, you may want to pack a few of those "mini" bottles or cans in your suitcase or carry-on. That way, you wouldn't have to hunt down some when you need it.
I'm sure they must have some on board though-many alcoholic drinks have it in them.

it is available at a cost. It's not at the drink station so bring some yourself.

Yes, you can get it in the resturants. But it's not included in the "free soda" You have to pay extra for it. On our cruises before we never had to pay extra at dinner, but on the last 2...(Sept, and Nov) we did. I'm sorry, I don't remember how much. I'm thinking1-3$ a can. :sad2:

on our Nov 2004 Wonder we were offered ginger ale as a no charge drink choice at dinner and lunch but it tasted really bad! It was probably the worst tasting giner ale i have ver had so i would definitely bring a couple can of your own.... :flower:

Yes, it is avail. at the drink/food consessions. It was $2.50. He warned me that it wasn't 'free', but I was feeling pretty queezy and a good blech really helped. Mine was served in a glass.

I had a ginger-ale mixed with grenadine every night for dinner on our 4/30 Eastern for no extra charge. It is a lot like a Shirley Temple, but I prefer the ginger-ale over the Sprite.

That is the only thing I drink besides water and OJ. It was available on our Jan Wonder cruise. Free at dinner and for a charge at the bars and couter service places on the pool deck. Not available at the drink station. I did not have the problem of it tasting bad at dinner though. Thought it was good. This time I will bring some of my own for the fridge, as well as some bottled water.

Have a great time! Your daughter probably won't even need it. We felt very little movement on all of our cruises (with Disney and others). The ships are soo big, but I guess there are some times when it can sway.
