It was offered last year. We were booked for it on bounceback but ended up cancelling. Keep an eye out for free dining to be offered probably at the end of this month or begining of April.

Free dining has not yet been offered but if/when it is this week will most likely be included.

Same here. We went last year August 23-30, and booked the BB for the same week in 2010. I have my ADRs all booked, and now I am thinking about using the room only discount two weeks before that so we can finally stay at CR and Poly for just a little bit more.... no DP. I think this year we would rather do a fantastic resort and eat CS. But I still haven't canceled anything yet. I'm afraid to.

Yes. As long as there is availability left at your resort for Free Dining.

But if a bunch of rooms are booked already, they are likely to release less rooms for that discount at that particular resort.
