Is FOTL good for HHN?

We have been to HHN once before - in 1998 - and I remember some of the rides being open. This year we plan to take in HHN during our stay at HRH. I know the venue has been changed to I0A. Will we be able to use our FOTL access during HHN?

There is no Universal Express during special events like HHN. Hence, you can't use your room key for it. I tried last year and I couldn't use it.

The only true way to get FOTL during HHN is to take a VIP tour.
