Is Fastpass + in Disneyland as well?

No. And to be honest with you, I don't think that it could. Disneyland has a local crowd and I don't see them responding well to being told you can reserve your ride time two months in advance. There seems to a plus to just being able to go and do your thing park wise

Not at this time but will be there eventually, when WDW gets all the "kinks" worked out.

I searched for that on Google today in fact and found that they are planning on rolling it out there sometime later this month.

Scratch that---not this year next year around this time!

It'll be a long, long time before it's implemented there. They haven't even begun putting basic infrastructure in place.

FP+ will probably never work at DLR the way it is at WDW. Aside from the deal with the locals crowd there's the real issue of narrow walkways that can barely handle the crowds that currently exist. Just imagine if how bad it would be with FP+ lines spilling out into the already jammed pathways.

They only have three onsite resorts over there so limiting advanced FP+ reservations to just an extremely small portion of daily guests would not work well. Not only is the physical park space much smaller at DL, but they would have to deal with more day-of FP+ reservations than WDW.

Hit this link and read. I think the only reason why DL would not get this is if WDW completely scratched the whole thing and went back to Key to World Card which I doubt would happen. Once WDW has figured out software issues that I think stem from capacity issues it will roll out fairly quickly.

They can easily extend it to their "Good Neighbor" hotel partners. They access their reservations system and make bookings; no reason they can't do FP + with them as well.
