Is everyone reserving park days for 2022 trips already?

I booked for April 2022. I already had tickets, so why not...

Not yet. We have flights (from the UK), an offsite villa and a car booked for December 2022 but we’ll wait until much closer to the time before committing to park tickets and reservations. Until we have a better idea about the virus and remaining restrictions I won’t put down the money; the deposits for what we have booked are fully refundable until we’ve paid the balances but as I understand it Disney will rearrange dates but not refund on park tickets (but correct me if I’m wrong) if we can’t (or decide not to) travel. And we won’t come if masks are still required or if the full WDW experience hasn’t been restored; we won’t pay full price for half the experience.

It wouldn’t hurt to book your park reservations after you have purchased your tickets. You can easily change them if you need to, as long as the park still has availability.
