Good luck! We purchased with them last year and currently have another contract in for ROFR. Had a great experience with the first and so far with the second contract!

Has anyone used their resale value calculator? If so does it seem accurate? I do not have anything to sell but was looking at it from a buyer's perspective to compare contracts.
