Is dvcmember website down?

Hi,

I have been trying to log on today to pay my dues. I started this afternoon and the site said it was down. Now it's 6 hours later and it still says it's down. Is anyone else having this problem? :confused3
 
I logged in successfully about a half hour after you first posted.

Wow, I can't get in at all! It keeps coming up with "We're Sorry. The Page you are trying to access is currently unavailable."

Frustrating! The Disney Vacation Club logo is displayed like it usually is, Snow White and the dwarfs are skipping along....

It seems like I am on the correct page. Did the URL change?

So sad :(
 
Update. I was using my Mac and I switched to a PC and I was able to get to the login page. Something was wrong with my cache on my Mac and it kept redirecting to an error page.

After submitting my payment/credit card info for dues, it came back with:

We are unable to process your payment at this time.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process your online payment due to a system issue. Please try again later or contact Member Accounting at (800) ******** or (407) ******* for assistance with your payment. Thank you for your patience while we resolve this matter.

Argh :sad2:!
 

I have had no problems logging on but I am getting an error when trying to use online booking.
 
I was getting an error yesterday when I was attempting online check in. Im going to try again today.
 
I had the same problem yesterday. Try clearing your temp files and cookies. Maybe reboot and try again. I was able to get in later yesterday after doing that. Hope that helps.
 
Keeps telling me that my login information is incorrect. It isn't. It has been the same forever.

This is the typical error that is returned when you are still logged on to another Disney affiliated website.
 
I haven't had any problems yesterday nor today on my MacBook or iPad.
 
I find that being logged into the regular Disney site gives me that error when I go to DVC. I have to log out of Disney.
 
Im still having problems and my dues are due by today too. I tried to call member acct and I get a busy signal :headache:

If you use Safari on your Mac, quit Safari (not just close tabs or windows) and that will log you out of any Disney site (like if you were doing the contest entry). Then try the member website again.
 
I have not had any problems logging into the DVC member site. When I tried to pay my dues online it said something like we are unable to process your request. I had to call to pay my dues, I should have just done that in the first place.
 
I can't get in using Firefox, still getting the 'Sorry' message. However, I can login using IE!
 
Thank goodness for the phone :)! I had to wait just 10 minutes this morning at 6:20 PST to get through and pay my bills!

So for the Macbook issue, I cleared the cache and quit Safari and started it up again. That worked (thank you!), except for the fact that once I was in, I couldn't pay the dues. I tried a number of times last night and gave up. This morning when I called, I only got a busy signal until I went through MS reservations and was transferred to accounting. It's all taken care of now. Whew!

Next year, I will get it done two weeks earlier! I hope they will always take phone calls.
 
I occasionally had/have that issue. I found that ALWAYS signing out helps a lot...as in every time I use the site or anything Disney. Every now and then it will give me a "hiccup" and not direct me correctly, so I log out again (even though I might not even be logged in :confused3 ) and try again, and that seems to fix it.
 
I have had nothing but problems since they updated to accept online reservations. #frustrated!
