Just got through on the phone but message said the reservation system is down ...

The system crashed because all of the people canceling their reservations because of the NBA announcement.

Isn’t today the day when folks with hotel reservation this year get moved over to DVC? Or they can start to call about it?

The cash system side is down too..but rumor is lots coming today and tomorrow.

Glad I’m not alone. I got dwarfs on my last screen while canceling this morning. My canceled reservation is still showing, yet I got some of those points back, but not all. I’m guessing it went done mid-transaction for me.

Same here. Tried to cancel a reservation and got all the way to the end before getting the dwarf screen. Only half the points were returned and the reservation is still showing as active. Hope they can fix it! If they ever open back up

Seems to be running now. I was just able to log in and make a new reservation for 2021.

good news. I went in and canceled again and this time it went through and I got the remaining points back. I had tried this several times earlier and kept getting dwarves but now it worked.

I was too scared to try to fix it myself, so I called in. The CM cancelled the reservation and the other half of the points showed back up in my account. Problem solved!

that works too. I was going to call, but tried it one more time and it worked.
