It's not the site.... Member Services is paralyzed. No responses to multiple "Contact Us" questions.

I would really just assume that Member Services is out of business, at this point in time.

I got my last response in about 7 days via email. Longer than normal for sure, but it did come!

I made a reservation this morning on my laptop using Chrome. No problem. On and off in five minutes.

This morning I can get all the way to the last step when modifying, and then I get the dwarfs.

I was in last evening but never finished making the reservation before the site went down. Still down right now with the message "unable to handle this request." Also, tried calling last evening and this morning and call could not be delivered either. Perhaps they have cut service hours or staff?

Glad I’m not alone. I got dwarfs on my last screen while canceling this morning. My canceled reservation is still showing, yet I got some of those points back, but not all. I’m guessing it went done mid-transaction for me.
