Is Dreams still booking other cruise lines?

My sister is getting ready to book a cruise, but not on Disney (poor girl) I told her to check with Dreams since we have used them twice and on their website it doesn't say anything about other lines. She is looking at Celebrity, RCCL, & Princess.
