Is doing this ok?

I'm trying to make a reservation for a group of 23 for Teppan Edo, however I can't seem to get through to anyone on the number that I was giving by someone at the large group dining reservation number.

So what I'm thinking - if there's availability, is to make 3 separate reservations - under different email addresses so they don't get cancelled - two 8 guest reservations, and one 7 guest reservation. I'm ok with us not being at the same table - because they ony seat 8 anyway, and being seated at slightly different times doesn't worry me either.

Do you think booking this reservation like this is ok? I can't see anything wrong with it, but I may not see it the way everyone else does

I've never done it but I can't believe there would be any problem. Booking under three different people is a great idea. That will avoid any possible cancellation. Keep in mind that you may not be able to get all three tables at the exact same time but should be able to get them close.

If you can get similar times then I think you should do it. Like you said, it's not like you'd be seated at the same table anyway.

I've seen other posts about the Teppan Edo phone number not going anywhere, so this may be your best bet for now.

I think you could do it...as long as it's okay with you that the whole party might not even be seated in the same room.

Thanks. I managed to get three reservations for 6:50pm, so hopefully we wont be seated too far apart. Or even worse, someone sees that all three reservations have the same contact number and they get cancelled!

Maybe I should change those contact numbers...
