Is DisneyQuest now a plus option?

Has Disney added DisneyQuest to the list of parks you can use a plus option for? And when will it take effect? Will I have to wait until Jan 2, or can I use my current PHP, or will I have to upgrade to MYW? Thanks.

Out trip will span the end of December and beginning of January. Will we be able to change to the new tickets when we get to Disney or will we have to wait until the 2nd? And if we have to wait, how will that work? We will have partially used ticket. Will they somehow figure out what is left on the ticket and credit towards MYW tickets?

DQ is one of the plus options only if you have the new ticket though. I'm not sure how the trade in works, but it says they aren't available for purchase until January 2, 2005 so you would only get credit for the unused days I'm assuming.
