Is Disney Coming to a Collector's App

I had a friend that sent me this link a company called Quidd on Twitter has been throwing out some heavy hints that Disney may be coming to their app? With the Disney Pay app in the parks and with Quidd are they moving into a digital collecting? I'm really excited about this.
