Is Dialysis Available in WDW?

Hi, I am the FauberFive ppost from December 2005.

I forgot my password and change my User ID for planning this trip to WDW in September.

I have been to WDW twice while on dialysis. The first trip was a short trip and I did my treatment at 5am the morning we left WV and then skipped one treatment and returned and did my treatment as soon as I got off the plane.

The last trip in 2005 I used the DaVita center in Orlando. Beside the scheduling conflict the actual center and techs were very good.
I heard that the center in Celebrations is the best because they are use to visitors being so close to WDW.

The social worker at my dialysis center worked with me to arrange my schedule. I used a Town car services to get me back and forth from Orlando to WDW.

We have a trip planned this September and I will not be receiving dialysis this year as I had a kidney transplant Feb. 2006!

thanks for the info... he'll most likely have a car, so transport should not be an issue, as long as it's relatively easy to find! LOL!
