Is Deck 10 terrible?

Long time Disney cruiser here. We are looking at a first time RCCL cruise on Voyager of the Seas and the only deck available is deck 10 (which is directly under the pool deck). Has anyone actually stayed on deck 10? Is the sound terrible at late and early hours? Thank you in advance.
