Is CR the only restuarant with special menus?

I had read the current CR menu thread, and sadly I didn't know about it when we dined there last year, but I am wondering if it is the only restuarant in the World that provides this service? Thanks.

Victoria & Albert's personalizes all of their guests' menus, but I believe that it is just their name, and possibly event (like anniversary) - no pictures or anything like CR does.

Any non-character and non-buffet TS can do this.
