Living in rural Mississippi, I don't get many chances to dine at fine establishments. 
But I was kind of surprised in WDW last month - we dined at Narcossee's, Le Cellier, Trail's End, Garden Grill and Flying Fish -- and only got warm bread at Le Cellier. 
Is that now the "thing" at restaurants? 'Cause I have to tell you, I really prefer my rolls warm.
