Is Cocina Cucamonga the same as Rancho del Zocalo?

We have not eaten inside at TJ, we have heard that inside is better but I'm afraid to eat there now.....LOL We also heard that they have/had 2 kitchens, 1 for take out and 1 for dine in so if that's the case then we would probably be ok eating inside. :) Maybe 1 day, but we prefer RFC & the Jazz Kitchen so maybe not. :)

I'm confused by what you mean by your service was horrible at Cocina, there is no service, you order from the register and then walk to the window to get your food......the only service is the cashier taking your order and the people making it. I mean yes, that is service but not like a sit down place. Also, if it has been a while I would encourage you to try it again, just because it has moved and it's much more efficient now. :) Of course then I would have to take my own advice and try TJ's....LOL ;)

You're right, there is no service @ CC - that's what made it even more horrible! It took awhile to order - our order taker kept leaving the window to go back into the kitchen/food warming area. Once our order was taken and we paid, which again took extra time for just swiping a card and handing over a receipt to be signed, the food took FOREVER to come to the window. It was like they ran out of something and had to go to the store to purchase more - I don't know, it was bad. And all that wait just to get crappy food - ours was inedible. I know that it is not everyone's experience but it was our experience. And I like to stick up for TJ's when others talk about their not so great experience, as ours there have been FABULOUS! To each his own - it is good that they have both places open!:goodvibes
