Believe it or not, my 4 year old son wants to eat "with the Disney girls."

I would love to hear the good and the bad on Cindy's.

We ate at Cindy's last May. My 3 girls had a great time. The food was pretty good. We saw Cindy, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Mary Poppins, Fairy Godmother, Belle. The character interaction was a little rushed, except for the Fairy Godmother and Mary Poppins who were great. All in all, I enjoyed it, but I doubt we would do it again. We enjoyed Chef Mickey's and Cape May Cafe breakfasts better.

When my Grandson was 7 I had made a PS for breakfast. For 3 day before the breakfast all I heard from DH and GS was why do we have to have breakfast with a bunch of girls.

It ended up being one of their favorites, loved the food, the atmosphere, and those Princesses were the best at entertaining Hubbies and young men. Plus Peter Pan was there.

We returned this past winter, but this time for dinner, still one of our favorites.

Was it worth it, well it depends. The food was not worth the price, though it was alright it wasn't anything steller. However the castle and princesses-- worth it at least once in a lifetime! The greeters and seaters were very rushed on our CRT day and that made things start out a little harried, but the interaction with the princesses and the photo opportunities were great. princess:

I think I may be in the minority here because I have the good and bad of both but we just returned and I thought the Princess Breakfast in Norway was better. Not the food, I didn't think the food at either one was anything to rave about, but the interaction with the Princesses at Norway was much better. Of course, Cindrella is not there so that may make a difference but we also saw her at 1900. They were so rushed at the castle that we often had two of them at one time trying to get their picture taken so they could "move on". My daughter didn't seem to care but I certainly noticed. The only other thing is, the location, if you are planning a day in Epcot, I say this is great but beware that this restaurant is quite a hike from the front of the park and if you are in the first set of ps' you have to hurry. The castle of course has the appeal that it is right in the heart of MK. Either way I hope you have a wonderful time!!!

We went in May. My three dds don't want to go back. The CMs were very rushed; the characters weren't into it; and my girls are picky eaters.

We felt like we needed to eat and get out...it was a very rushed atmosphere.

Next time, I think we're going to do dinner at Parc Fair.

Thanks Attoy:D

Does anyone else want to share their thoughts on Cindy's?

IT'S NOT WORTH IT....
It's overpriced, crowded, rushed, food is usually cold and really not good eats!
Not to mention the hassle of trying to get ressies.
I think it's kind of grown into a Urban Legend kind of thing.
Alot of hipe and not much substance.
You can see Cinderella without spending $125.00 for 3-4 people to eat really bad food.
It's like paying twice to see 3 or 4 Princesses for couple of minutes each.
Admission to the park and price of the meal.
I really don't want to put my FLAME retardent coat on..... you ask for opinions and this is mine.

We went the last time we were there, and it was just okay. Cindy was rushed, but Jasmine (my DD's fave) was nice. Snow White didn't stay very long, but seemed to make my little one so very happy. Mary Poppins was terrific, and we talked to the Fairy Godmother for a real long time - what a wonderful lady!

The food was acceptable, but they bring everyone the same plate of assorted breakfast food. I'm a picky eater, so much of my food was untouched, and I felt foolish asking for more of what I did like when my plate was 3/4 full. Boy, the amount of food they must waste...

We were able to get last-minute ressies by the concierge. If I had to be on the phone to Priority Seating every morning trying to get a booking, I would have felt very let down. It's just not worth that headache.

We went in August - I thought it was fun. It does have its own mystique, because it is so hard to get in......but then maybe that is part of the appeal. (Maybe that is my competitive nature?)

The food is pretty heavy - especially if the weather is hot outside. My sister suggests one adult order the regular plate, and one adult order the healthy/lite plate, and share what is on each one.

The Princesses were very sweet, but they did move quite fast. It was somewhat rushed. My sister and I had four children with us - 2 boys, 16 and 12 and 2 girls, 13 and 10. All of the characters were nice to all of them, and very good to the boys, making them feel welcome. Sure, all four children were on the older side, but they seemed to enjoy the experience. I guess it is just the chance to be in the castle, to see the happy children, to be called "The Royal Family __________," and even to be called "Princess" and "Prince" for the morning.

Nothing is perfect....but it was delightful, and I am looking forward to going back with another niece and nephew.

Never again! We did it 5 years ago with my daughter and loved it. I remember the princesses spending a lot of time talking to us and treating the kids special...not anymore. It's become all about $$...how fast they can get you out and get the next family in. It has taken all the magic out of it.::MinnieMo

I agree with Catone. I would go for the Princess breakfast over Cinderella's Royal Table. Last year we did both and we all liked the Princess Breakfast at Norway better.

IMHO, its not worth it. We took my then six year old twins (a boy and girl) last April.A great time was had by all. My daughter just about went into orbit when I told her we were going to have breakfast with Cinderella in the Castle. The character interactions and photo opportunities were what we expected--adequate. The food was ok. The ambience was nice, but I've been to nicer restaurants and so have my kids. It was just the whole idea of being there. Plus, its about the only way to get into the castle. My daughter was expecting an inside to the castle, such as frunished rooms, etc. We told her that Cinderella didn't want people all over her house, just the dining room. Well, she bought that but was a little dissappointed. We also managed to have lunch at the Royal Table so we did get inside the Castle. However, once you've done it, I wouldn't do it again. There's other ways to spend your time and money. Insofar as the reviews of the food, well, you're not going for a gormet experience, just food. The real reason to be there is to see Cinderella. The kids are too excited to eat much anyways. But come on, parents, remember what its like to be a kid! Would you base your opinion of something like that on the food when you were a kid? No way! Like I said, its the experience. But do it once and then go on with something else!

It's one of those yes and no kinda things to me; yes, it was pretty cool to eat in the castle and the food was acceptable to us(can't go too wrong with breakfast food really). It's one of those "nice to say you've done it things"...the no part: a little pricey, but, no worse than any other character breakfast...the getting up at 5:30 in the morining with the land line and cell phone going at the same time to get a ressie: rediculous in my opinion and that part I will never do again...

We had a wonderful experience there last Easter. DD5 wore her best Princess gown and crown and was treated like royalty from the moment we checked in outside. All the CM's pamperred her and the princesses really made a big fuss over her. I thought the food was very good, after all, it's only eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, bread etc... that's pretty tough to mess up! I got some of the best pics and video of the whole trip at CRT. This easter we are meeting several members of our family in Disney and all 11 of us will be at CRT again. I hope Jasmin is there, she is one of Daddy's favorites :)

This meal is so rushed that it is very hard to enjoy your time in the castle. Many people let kids get up and wander after the characters and this takes away character time from others. The food is warm at best and the price for a basic american breakfast is very high. While it is nice to have the princesses visit your table, you will get just as much time with them in the parks. Better off eating for less and allowing the savings to be used by your children for a "special" momento from the trip.

We did this on our last trip and have it planned for this one too, at my husband's suggestion. There is just something magical about eating in the castle and getting to meet all of the princesses. Maybe you have to be wearing your Mickey Ears sprinkled with pixie dust to get it al. Yeah, it's just breakfast in a building that no princess really lives in, but isn't Mickey just a guy dressed up in a costume? It is expensive, but to us it was worth the money.

We loved CRT. We had the breakfast last year and are scheduled to eat at the breakfast again this year. The food was good enough. We weren't really there for that anyways. The look on our daughter's face was priceless! She enjoyed the experience so much that a price could never be put on it. To each his own I suppose, but for our $ we loved it! Everything down in WDW is expensive and at times are so timed that it may feel rushed, so we were not that floored by anything and enjoyed it for what it was. Good luck with your decision. princess:

For Hannah's Smile and Joy it was worth every penny. She still treasures the autographs she got two years ago. She did not eat a thing, and I could not have cared less. The trip was for her, the time we shared together was for me, I'd do it again. Sure it was rushed, but she did not realize that, 5 minutes is a long time for a 4 year old.
