It was when we were there in April. I think there is a sticky at the top of the DDP forum that lists which restaurants are included.

Its located at DTD and yes is on the DDP.

Wolfgang Puck Cafe, Ragland Road, Planet Hollywood and Earl of Sandwich are on the DDP.
