Is Buzz Lightyear at a character meal?

Does anyone know if Buzz makes an appearance at a chracter meal anywhere? My nephew will be there in October or December and is crazy about him Thanks!!

The only place I know you can see him and meet him with regularity is at Club Buzz. You can see the schedule of the show on Disneyland.com.

He has appeared at Goofy's Kitchen. Great place to get a picture of Buzz.
