Is Boma spicy?

There may be a spot open at boma for my dad and me tonight. We were just wondering is Boma's food was spicy? More so how are the roast beef and chicken?

OMG the meats are soooo good! the pork especially...I could have eaten just that and been happy. I just loved everything we tried -- yum yum yum!

I would not consider Boma spicy, rather well-seasoned. The seasonings are not overpowering and only enhance the flavors of the food.

BTW, I absolutely love all their soups!
