Is Billy Joel planning a new tour with Bruce Springsteen?

I heard that Billy Joel is planning a new tour this fall with Bruce Springsteen and the first I heard of this tour is that it was supposed to launch this summer but got postponed due to Billy having knee surgery and I'm wondering if this tour means that Billy Joel's new album is in development? Because I haven't heard any new Billy Joel songs other than Turn The Lights Back On. Has anyone heard about this tour and how much will tickets sell for?

He's touring with Stevie Nicks and Sting when he resumes. Tickets start at $200 for nose-bleed seats up to $1630 for good seats.

How is Billy Joel doing in his recovery and what kind of surgery did he have? Because I heard that while he was performing at a concert Billy had fallen down. Did he injure his knee or something? Also is there plans for a new album from him because of this tour? Stevie Nicks is also going on tour with Billy Joel too? I love Stevie Nicks and she is a very good singer and I wonder if she is gonna have a new album out soon as well
