Is Belle always at CRT?

The only princess "guarantee" you have at CRT is Cinderella. It does seem like every report of CRT I've seen includes Belle (blue dress), but there's no actual guarantee of any specific princesses upstairs.

To see Belle in the yellow dress, your best bet would be Akershus and even there it's not a garantee but I've seen here there at every mean we went to.

We did both Akershus and CRT recently and Belle was not at Akershus at all, the picture package there was with Aurora. She was at CRT, but in her blue/white provincial costume.

Belle is typically in her blue dress at CRT. Actually my DD thought she was underdressed and wondered why Belle didn't have her ball gown. However, be aware that Cinderella is the only guarantee at CRT. Though she is typically there I don't think she is ALWAYS there.

Our picture at Akershus was with Belle in the gold dress. I think she is almost always the princess for the Akershus pircutre palace.

FWIW, the dress and the identity of the picture package princess was the only difference in the Princesses at both meals. We saw Snow White, Belle, Cinderella, Aurora, and Ariel at both CRT and Akershus.
