I'm trying to make some last minute ADRs and heard Beaches and Cream is decent for burgers and desserts. So, I tried to book a dinner there on the Disney website but nothing came up (as in I couldn't book there, not that it was not available at that time). Is it just QS? I thought they had waiters?

TIA!

It is not a QS restaurant - it is TS. But they do not take ADRs. It is 100% walk-up.

Yes, it's a table service. Quick service dining credits cannot be used there at all. Because it is such a small place, it does not take reservations.

They do not take ADRs, it is considered a TS restaurant though. We usually share 2 meals and get 2 deserts and share them. The sundaes are huge!! But they have CS meal type food. We usually pay OOP for our meal there.

Oh wow, weird, I guess. Good to know! It's a "hybrid", LOL.

I can't wait to explore that part of WDW, we've never been to the boardwalk! We're staying at the BLT and plan on taking the kids to that area so we'll check out Beaches and Cream for sure! Thanks.

Just to clarify, and you may already know this. Beaches and Cream is at the Beach Club, not the Boardwalk. Have fun!

Isn't the boardwalk right outside the Beach Club?

The Boardwalk and the Beach Club are across the lake from one another.

OMG!!! You gotta go to Beaches and Cream!! WE LOVE IT!! The food is good soda shop type food, but the ice cream sundaes are not to be missed!! Be sure to take a group and order the Kitchen sink sundae!! A HUGE sundae with every flavor ice cream, every topping they offer and a whole can of whipped cream!! VERY IMPRESSIVE!!

Well then, what would be the best way to get from Bay Lake Towers to Beaches and Cream? Then, how can we get from Beaches and Cream to the boardwalk, for a stroll? And, can we just we walk from the boardwalk to Epcot? Or, do we have to go back to Beach Club to get to Epcot?

I'm going to look for a map of the Boardwalk area.

I will have a car to drive, if that helps with the suggestions. And, if you think we need to drive, is there usually plenty of parking?

Parking at the Beach Club would not be a problem if you are going to eat there. At very busy times, it may be discouraged to use resort parking if you plan to go to Epcot.

You can walk around the lake. There is a path all the way around. Beach Club is the closest resort to the Epcot International Gateway.

If you want to take Disney transportation, walk from BLT to MK and take the bus to the Beach Club.

We always like to time a visit to B&C when we will be in Epcot. We just walk through the international gateway from Epcot straight over to the BC and hit B&C!! If you don't mind walking, you would take the monorail over to Epcot and walk through. The boardwalk is around the lake from BC. There is a walkway that goes all the way around the lake! Have fun!!!
