Is Ariel always at Akershus?

My daughter is obsessed with 'aqua dress Ariel' and wants to wear her matching one to our Akershus breakfast. If she's not there it will be a huge letdown, and i don't want to spend $160 plus for her to cry. How likely is it she'll be there and is there any way to check ahead of time? 2. Nope.

Characters are never guaranteed so she may or may not be there. I just looked back at our pictures and she was there when we ate there in 2013, 2014 and 2015 so it's likely she would be but if you feel it would be a waste of money if she's not there than you may not wish to risk it.

I think it's highly likely but never guaranteed.

And there is no way to know in advance. She is also frequently at CRT, but no way to know ahead of time there either.
